Razer Abyssus 1800 Review

Razer Abyssus 1800 recently attracted forth an appealing new simple design based around an infrared sensor. The mouse is somewhat similar to the older DeathAdder in terms of performance but features a somewhat cheaper simpler design. The Abyssus mouse (yes termed after a second reptile that deletes mice) contains only 3 buttons if you count scroll-wheel press as a real button.

Razer Abyssus mouse also includes just two very interesting buttons in the rear that enable you to improve polling rate and DPI. What really gets us flipped on about this mouse is the price is $49 that mouse is sure to stir up things on the budget gaming mice market. Since the Abyssus gets got the same optical infrared detector because the DeathAdder 3G you get a mouse capable of 3500 DPI at a polling speed of 1000 Hz.
